I helped found and grow a financial industry focused management consulting firm with practices in strategy and process advisory and in regulatory compliance. I provide both advisory and hands-on problem solving support with an emphasis on tech-enabled process streamlining and performance enhancing data management.

I have also been involved in the venture industry both as a senior advisor, and as an investor. I have worked with tech enabled service ventures in financial services, health and wellness, retail fashion, business services. I am on the advisory board of an early stage fintech firm, and was an initial director of a startup community bank.
