In my role as Chief Human Resources Officer for RXR Realty, I focus on creating human capital strategies that enable improved business performance, executing change related to organizational transformation, business growth objectives and organizational effectiveness initiatives and creating a strong employee value proposition. I have considerable expertise in strategic business partnership; executive talent acquisition and compensation; leadership development and executive coaching; talent and succession management design and delivery; organizational design and cultural effectiveness; performance measurement and management; employee experience/engagement and inclusion. My experience spans financial services, investments (public/private), real estate, insurance and retail industries and I have global and international perspective gained through roles based in UK, European and US organizations.
